I made these last night. They were fantastic. I made a 9 X 13 pan of them. I used a small tub of marshmallow creme on the bottom (I spread this on while the brownies were still hot), 1 package of graham crackers from the box, and 4 regular sized Hershey's bars for the top. I then took some mini marshmallows and sprinkled them over the top. Not many, just enough to make it pretty and then broiled.

I took them to a gathering last night and was told to leave the leftovers. These are a keeper.

These look so yummy! Whenever I finally get the interest in baking again I have to put this at the top of my list. Hopefully when the weather cools down and the thought of being in the kitchen with a hot oven doesn't sound so unappealing, I'll be back to baking.

I too, have a love affair with Hershey's chocolate. Growing up, I spent many a vacation and school field trip going to the Hershey factory in Oakdale, Ca. As I was trying to find the exact location of this factory, I just learned that it closed down last year. Now I'm SO SAD. Guess I will have to pay homage and bake these brownies to cheer me up :)
